Learning here is not a list of buzzwords. It is a record of problems that pulled me in, artifacts I shipped while figuring them out, and honest stage labels for how far that evidence goes. When I do not know something yet, the page says so.

How learning is recorded
Each topic gets a stage (exploring, learning, practicing, applying, teaching). Stages only move up when new evidence appears. Bio text alone does not count.
